Accommodation for Cardiff major-development crews

Fully-furnished houses in Pentre, Rhondda — a settled base for teams working Cardiff's live major developments. Individual beds, full kitchens, laundry and corporate invoicing, on flexible weekly or monthly terms, a straightforward drive down the valley.

About the project

Cardiff has several major live developments running at once: the new Cardiff Bay Arena (£250m, contractor McLaren Construction, construction under way since 2025, opening 2028), Cardiff Central Station's £140m redevelopment (contractor BAM Nuttall, construction expected to begin 2026), and Cardiff Crossrail Phase 1a (~£100m, contractor GRAHAM, construction due summer 2026 to summer 2028). Between them, a sustained multi-year pipeline of civils, structural and fit-out work in one city.

We reference this public project to show the demand we serve — we don't imply any involvement or endorsement.
