How it works
Booking a crew house with Forest Home
Four simple steps from first enquiry to your crew moving in — built around how site teams actually book accommodation, not a hotel checkout flow.
Tell us crew size, dates & project location
Get in touch with how many people you need to house, your start and end dates (or an estimate if the programme's still moving), and roughly where the site is.
We match the right house
94 Ystrad Road: 3 bedrooms (includes 1 box room) · 3 beds · sleeps 3; 85 Llewellyn Street: 4 bedrooms · 7 beds · sleeps 7; 322 Neath Road: 2 bedrooms · 3 beds · sleeps 3. We recommend the best fit for your crew size and site location.
Confirm dates & corporate invoice
We confirm the booking and set up invoicing on weekly or monthly terms to your company — one invoice per period, not per worker.
Arrival, keys & support during the stay
Your crew moves in with everything set up — full kitchen, laundry, Wi-Fi and parking ready to go. We're on hand if anything comes up during the stay.
FAQs
- How far in advance do I need to book?
- As soon as you have rough dates and crew size, get in touch — the sooner we know, the better we can guarantee the right house is free. We can often confirm availability quickly for shorter notice too.
- Can I book directly through the website?
- Yes — each property page has live availability and booking via our booking system. For company lets, corporate invoicing or crews of more than a couple of people, it's usually quicker to enquire directly and we'll set the booking up with the right terms.
- What if our project dates change?
- Tell us as early as you can — we work on flexible weekly/monthly terms specifically so a booking can extend or shorten as a programme moves.
- Do you invoice the company or individual workers?
- We invoice the company directly on weekly or monthly terms as standard. Workers don't need to claim back individual accommodation costs.
