Contractor accommodation for Caerphilly & energy-works crews
Our Pentre houses sit within reach of Caerphilly and the RCT/Caerphilly boundary via the A4233 and A469 — a settled base for crews on Twyn Hywel Energy Park and South Wales Metro civils, on corporate terms that suit an accounts team rather than a run of hotel bookings.

Getting to site
From Pentre, the A4233 and A469 run south-east toward Caerphilly and the RCT/Caerphilly boundary — typically 30–35 minutes. It's a longer run than our core Rhondda/RCT patch, but a workable daily commute for crews on Twyn Hywel or the eastern end of the Metro works.

Projects we host crews for
Twyn Hywel Energy Park
Wind-farm civils on the RCT/Caerphilly boundary — access-track and turbine-foundation work drawing groundworks and foundation gangs needing settled medium-term digs.
South Wales Metro
Rail electrification and civils works across the valley lines, with some crews working the Caerphilly-basin end of the network alongside the Pontypridd/Treforest corridor.
We reference these public projects to show the demand we serve — we don't imply any are our clients.
Why crews choose a whole house over hotels
- One worker per bed; bedrooms may be shared
- Full self-catering kitchens and laundry for site gear
- Corporate invoicing on flexible weekly or monthly terms
- On-street parking and a settled base close to site
